I'm pretty sure many of you are wondering - what's the deal with the Phantom? Well, now you'll find out. Periodically he'll go trolling through the forum in search of who he considers 'worthy' of joining his ranks. He doesn't particularly care who they are, what their allegiances are, or what house they're in. He'll meet with them in private (PM) and ask if they wish to join. If they accept, they'll be given a time and a date so to speak. Then we'll have a role-play about joining his ranks. After they've officially 'joined' they'll be sworn to secrecy. They can post about 'something bad happening over the summer' or whenever, but they cannot actually come out and say what happened. If they do, the post will be deleted and they will be given a warning. Of course if they PM somebody telling them what happened and the person reports them, they'll be banned. The person will be given the option to join in their place. If you stumble on the place by accident, you can request to join, or you can forget about it.
Those that are chosen to 'join' I beg of you don't go blabbing. This is a site secret so to speak and I hope it remains so as long as possible. Think of it as a rite of passage because there will not be new members joining three seconds after they join the site. Each member is carefully chosen.
